Bonnie Lemon, CPA
Senior Manager

Bonnie Lemon is Senior Manager at AXIA Resources with over 20 years experience in strategic financial management, financial reporting compliance, international consolidations, operational and capital structure funding/mergers/acquisitions. System implementations include Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Project Accounting, Time Keeping and various ancillary systems feeding ERPs.

Since joining AXIA in 2007, Bonnie has served as an interim Controller for a start-up manufacturing company responsible for establishing the related plant policies and procedures and daily financial activities. She was also a Territory Manager in the Revenue Recognition group at BMC Software. She supported the BMC transition to disassociated net pricing model through participation on the pricing/revenue recognition working group and supported various BMC Revenue recognition process improvement initiatives such as policy development, migration approval/process, pricing model reviews for GSA and various Best Practice Bulletin updates.

Prior to joining AXIA Resources, Bonnie served as Controller for multiple companies in the manufacturing and technology industries. Some of her responsibilities and accomplishments included transitioning back from a discontinued operations situation, designing, documenting and implementing an accounting organization from a previously centralized model and managing the financial reporting processes. Bonnie has also been a Fund Administrator where she was responsible for administration of pension and health & welfare funds and a system implementation for a 15 fund privately held third party administrator. Bonnie began her career as an audit senior with Ernst & Young.

Bonnie earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.
