As a managing director of AXIA, Sondra is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing quality processes and conducting the performance assurance reviews for each client engagement and each AXIA resource. She also directs the areas of technology, legal, and administration. Sondra is a member of the Firm's senior leadership team, which sets the strategic vision of the Firm.Sondra has over 18 years of combined industry and public accounting audit experience. Prior to joining AXIA, Sondra held a variety of increasingly responsible financial positions with Shell Trading, Baker Hughes and Western Atlas. She started her career with Deloitte & Touche in Houston, Texas, spending four years on SEC clients in the financial services and manufacturing industries.
